Why Some People
Always Succeed: How to be One of Them
This is Dr. Mancusi’s most popular keynote
and closing speech. He has presented aspects of this topic at the
White House on six separate occasions. Studies confirm that talent,
hard work, and goals are not enough for success. This practical
and humorous talk looks at reasons why some people succeed and
others, equally talented, don’t. Dr. Mancusi does not know
what success is for you. He doesn’t know your goals, desires,
education, motivation, or values. He does know what people do to
derail their own success and delivers this powerful message as
only he can.
Participants will have fun and closely examine their goals and
dreams. They discover the keys to unlock their full potential and
map out a strategy for their future. This is a special opportunity
to celebrate the successes we all achieve in our personal and professional
lives.

The
Emotionally Intelligent Organization: Why IQ Isn't Enough
|
|
This is one of Dr. Mancusi's newest talks based
on his own findings and those of psychologist Daniel Goleman. Psychologists
have now determined that emotional intelligence (EQ) not intelligence
(IQ) is more important to personal and organizational success --
only 20% of success in life comes from IQ. Emotional Intelligence
(EQ) is the key factor.
Some very intelligent people will never find success because their
emotions hijack their intelligence forcing poor decisions, no
follow-through, and weak interpersonal skills. We all know people
who “have it” but just don’t “get it.” Mancusi
outlines key strategies to increase your own EQ. Find out the
one personality trait that will undermine teamwork and achievement
in most companies. Why is it that most organizations do not even
consider this trait when hiring new people? Mancusi tells his
audiences how to look for emotional intelligence.
Each person uses the patterns set in childhood throughout
their lifetime, yet does not recognize these patterns are at work.
Mancusi gives audiences a new opportunity to enhance their own
future by identifying and changing low EQ behavior.

Personality
Styles: Leadership, Management & Team Impacts
|
Give your employees the ammunition
they need to solve interpersonal, sales, and management problems
by discovering their personality styles. This seminar is crucial
for all managers, team members, sales personnel, or anyone wanting
to see how a person's personality can profoundly affect their relationships.
They will learn how their interactions with others can enhance
communication, build teamwork, and increase their effectiveness
on the job.
Participants take a widely-acclaimed paper and pencil inventory
that reveals personality and management styles. Dr. Mancusi
has guided
over 9,000 managers through interpretation of this inventory. Employees
will learn to identify nine different personality patterns and
how each personality pattern addresses:
From this workshop the participants will be able to apply what
they learned to themselves and others. This seminar generally takes
four to eight hours. This workshop can accommodate up to 50 attendees
per session.
These programs are examples of Dr.
Mancusi's work to demonstrate the breadth of his subject expertise.
The write-ups are a base upon which a client and Dr. Mancusi
can build a customized program to meet the organization's meeting
theme and goals.
